Hi, I’m Sam, your personal multi-passionate expert with a big heart, a no-fluff approach, and a love for bringing sparkle back into relationships that feel like flat champagne .
I'm a Number One Best-Selling author, Qualified Teacher and Coach, NLP Practitioner, Reiki Master, and natural intuitive.
My genius is being able to see the exact root of any problem, the silent story beneath it all that's giving you your current experience, and create a shift so precise and powerful it feels like flipping a switch. Over the last two decades, I’ve helped hundreds of clients move from emotional survival to secure, celebrated living, without endless processing or self-fixing.
My Story - From Surviving to Secure
After years of inner work, healing from abusive relationships, and carving out safety,
I discovered something magical: when you shift your silent story, reclaim yourself, the rest of life begins following, especially your relationships.
That sparked a shift, after 13 years of domestic violence and disappointed relationships, I met and married my best friend within two years, because when you operate from wholeness, anxiety riddled relationships are a thing of the past.
It was bye-bye, not ever feeling good enough and struggling in relationships, to, hello, THIS IS ME, and I can have the relationship I want!
Why I Do This Work
Because you don’t need more surface-level advice or TikTok tips that tell you to “just raise your vibe” or “manifest harder.” You need a grounded, proven path that gets to the root of what’s going on and helps you shift from the inside out.

A Life I'm Proud Of
When I’m not guiding shifting stories and helping clients live their best lives, I am working in my second business, Milagro Jewellery. I love hiking scenic trails with my husband, watching scary movies with my teenage daughters (while they pretend not to be scared), or getting creative through painting, photography, or baking something delicious from scratch.
The theatre is my happy place, I find such magic in the arts, and when I need a moment of grounding, you’ll find me curled up with my two cats, Atlas and Jasper, who’ve proudly earned me the title of “cat grandma.”
Beyond my work, I proudly serve as a UK UN volunteer delegate and have been honoured for my community contribution through my involvement with Solace Women’s Aid and other animal charities I donate regularly to.
One of my dreams is to one day open a cat hotel by the sea, a little sanctuary for fur babies and their humans alike. Life is busy, beautiful, and full of meaning, and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

A portion of all profits is donated to the Celia Hammond Animal Trust and Sierra Pacific Fur Babies, supporting the rescue, protection, and rehabilitation of abused and endangered animals.
